You're either living with mental illness, or you're not. There's no 3 strikes applicable. Unless I'm misunderstanding you.
PapaFox - December 26, 2012, 12:32 pm
How about instead closing the loopholes that allow criminals and mental patients to obtain guns easily?
JGalt - December 25, 2012, 11:05 pm
u missed my point.... the problem is not weapons its mental health care and liberals not wanting to traumatize the mentally imbalanced. How about a 3-strikes mental health law?
hurdur20000000 - December 25, 2012, 9:20 pm
that was for JGalt...
hurdur20000000 - December 25, 2012, 9:20 pm
i agree crankyhead that there need to be real regulations, smart regulations... which sadly is not what we have now...
hurdur20000000 - December 25, 2012, 9:19 pm
u missed the point by leaps and bounds
crankyhead - December 25, 2012, 7:53 pm
I think that you stop exactly where you start: with real firearms regulations that don't inhibit law abiding citizens from exercizing their 2nd amendment rights, but help keep firearms away from folks who would go on killing sprees.
JGalt - December 25, 2012, 7:44 pm
so lets put kids in rubber rooms, take away pencils, rulers, forks, knives, scissors, books, etc. No more recess or sports, or exercise, because they could get hurt. Lets amputate their fingers so they can't poke another kid in the eye. Where do u stop?

So you go for the triple hat trick of personal attacks, even more overt than the last ones. Your "argument" is what is called a Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc rather than being based on solid reasoning. Insulting me will not magically make it valid.
calron - February 26, 2016, 2:21 am
That should be "condensed" not "conduced".
calron - February 26, 2016, 2:19 am
And conduced the info from two news articles as much as I felt I could. The rest is an unusually coincidence like the 7/7 bombing. But you a**umed a causation from that correlation and take your a**umption as if was sacrosanct to attack and ridicule.
calron - February 26, 2016, 2:14 am
attacks base doff your own rather weak try at an inductive argument. I made this after looking in response to confounding variables not being accounted for when some scream racist without any deeper a***ysis and looked up an old study I remembered ...
calron - February 26, 2016, 2:08 am
Of the two of us I can be the only one that knows if I used that article or not. As I didn't and you you falsely state "You're clearly a disciple&fan of its propaganda" which is a falsehood that attacks me. After which you doubled down with more...
calron - February 25, 2016, 1:58 am
What you have here is a**uming a caution from a correlation (much like saying a platypus is copying a duck from similar traits) to reach a false conclusion that you can use as a basis for personal attacks rather than talk about the subject at hand.
calron - February 25, 2016, 1:55 am
never mind that link cited an actual source rather than asking to talk asking for people to take their word on it or that I included a second source for people that didn't like that site.
calron - February 24, 2016, 2:03 am
My citation for the new study that apparently happened is at the end of the article I linked. Furthermore I have not read that breibart article and didn't even hint that this has anything to to with Obama.
calron - February 23, 2016, 2:37 am
http://edition.cnn.com/2002/LAW/03/27/nj.speeding.study/index.html
calron - February 23, 2016, 2:37 am
Actually they where going to launch another study to determine if this study was valid. The question then becomes why did that study never appear and why has the racial makeup of speeders never really been given further review?
